Charming house on 3 levels in the village of Riva San Vitale (LA CASETTA DI RIVA) In the lakeside village of Riva San Vitale, nestled in the picturesque old town, you will find in LA CASETTA DI RIVA the perfect nest for your relaxing vacation! The space This lovely little house because it will take you on a journey back in time, welcoming you to its 3 levels in a unique atmosphere. On floor 1, there is the dining area, with a fireplace, a dining table with wooden benches perfect for sharing meals with friends, and the original kitchen with electric hotplates, complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home, or experiment with delicious local products from Canton Ticino. (WARNING: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!). Going up the staircase, on floor 2 we find the bathroom with toilet and bathtub, and the living room with TV and a comfortable sofa for reading and relaxing, which becomes a bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). On floor 3 is the master bedroom, complemented by a shower and sink for private use. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.  Smoking is strictly prohibited.  Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. The apartment does not have private parking, but there are paid public parking spaces within a few minutes walk.
