FLOW is situated in section "G", the "hottest" section of Guioness Beach. It is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, trendy restaurants, juice shops, surf shops, yoga studios, kids skate board park, tennis clubs, and grocery stores. FLOW can offer full time cleaning service, a private chef, and a property manager to fulfill any of your concierge needs. The space Each of FLOW’s 4 villas boasts a big, well-equipped kitchen, outdoor bbq, laundry machines, on-suite bathrooms, a beautiful salt-water pool, private surf rack, outdoor shower, safe, a guard every day from 5pm to 10pm and internet. While larger groups can visit family and friends staying in adjoining villas, each villa is truly its own private oasis. Other things to note If you are planning on driving in on your own, you can request detailed directions to the house. It will be necessary for you to have an international calling or data plan in order that to contact us prior to reaching Nosara. If you take a shuttle from the airport or from another location, it will be necessary to have the name of the company providing the shuttle and their contact information. Our guest services staff will be happy to assist you with your travel arrangements from the airport as well as your return. No calling or data plan will be necessary in this case, however having a data plan is always helpful when communicating with our staff during your stay. Late Check-ins after 7PM: If your arrival is after 7PM it will be necessary to make additional arrangements for check-in. There will be an after hours charge of $35 for check-ins between 7PM and 10PM, thereafter $75. The same rules apply as above regarding your arrival transportation. Early Check-outs before AM: We intend to check-you out and departures prior to 6AM will carry an additional charge of $50. Late Check-Outs: In order to provide our cleaning and maintenance staff adequate time to prepare for the next check-in we ask that you plan to check-out at the designated time stated in the agreement unless prior arrangements are agreed upon with the Landlord. The only exceptions provided may occur in the event there is no scheduled check-in the same day. It is possible we will not know this information until very close to the date you are scheduled to check-out. If no prior arrangements have been made and you fail to check-out at the designated time, there will be a charge of $50 for the first hour past the check-out time and $75 for the second hour and every hour thereafter. We hope this will not be necessary but please understand we incur additional costs in order to insure the house is ready in time for the incoming guests.
