The space Opened in July 2024, Private Villa AZUL @ Chikura is a pet-friendly villa and a cyclist-friendly villa. It is a small villa with 4 beds, but it is packed with attention to detail. The tiled LDK is integrated with the terrace, and the terrace can also be used as a living room. On sunny days, you can also put out the outdoor table and enjoy a meal on the terrace. The living room is equipped with a large TV and the latest laser projector, so if you always have your Amazon FireTV Stick or AppleTV with you, you can easily connect to it. There is a skip floor on the stairs leading up to the second floor from the living room, with a dedicated workspace. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the building via optical line, and wired LAN is also available on the skip floor. By connecting an external monitor for a laptop to the permanent 27-inch monitor, you can have a comfortable remote work environment. The bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors each have two semi-double beds, so you can relax and sleep. You can see the sea from the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, etc., and there is also a deep dishwasher. * We do not provide condiments, so it is recommended that you bring them from home. In addition, they must have been vaccinated against rabies and mixed vaccines within the past year (or have antibodies confirmed by an antibody test), and flea, tick and filaria prevention and eradication must have been carried out. Please also have your dog shampooed before your stay. Please refrain from staying during the heat period. ▼ The only bedroom where dogs can stay is on the 1st floor Please be careful not to let dogs into the bedrooms on the 2nd floor ▼ Do not put your dog on the bed or sleep with it When you go to bed, please let your dog rest in the cage in the living room. If your dog can't sleep without being in the same room as you, please provide a crate in the bedroom or a cage that you bring in. ▼ Damage and contamination of equipment and supplies We may charge a significant amount for damage or soiling of facilities, furniture, fixtures, etc. caused by dogs. ▼ Please wipe your feet When you return from the dog run or a walk, please wipe your feet clean before entering the building. There is a foot-washing shower faucet next to the entrance and next to the terrace. We provide foot towels for guests with pets. Please refrain from using the washing machine for foot towels, dog clothes, blankets, etc. ▼ Please prepare/use disposable diapers/diapers There are many cases where pets have accidents in unfamiliar accommodation facilities that are not their homes. We recommend that you bring disposable diapers and use them until your dog gets used to the environment. ▼ Please do not leave your dog alone in the facility If you go out alone in an unfamiliar environment, your dog may panic and scream loudly or try to get out of the building. Please take them with you when you go out. ▼ If you make a mistake If you have made a mess in the building, please wipe off the dirt with the pet disinfectant and deodorant spray in the building, and fill in the place and contents of the mess in the "contact book" in the building. (Please cooperate as we will clean again after check-out) ▼ Please bring a poop bag when you go for a walk When walking around the facility or the sea, be sure to carry a poop bag and dispose of it. Guests are responsible for managing their dogs during their stay.
