The space House layout is as follows: Room 1: 1 Full bed (Master bedroom) Room 2: 1 Queen bed Room 3: 2 Twin beds *Please note* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Any parties/events will result in removal of the home with NO refund. Public pool access available with code. (Pool not located in the backyard) Access to one car garage, the other will have no access, parking is limited if there is be more then two vehicles FEE SCHEDULE Unauthorized Late Check Out Fee $99 Unauthorized Pet Fee $99 No Smoking, if house is left smelling like smoke there will be a Fee of $200 CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS Checkout is at 10AM Place all used towels/hand towels in a pile by the washer Remove all perishable items Place used dishes in sink (they do not need to be washed) Take out the trash to the garbage bins Turn off all lights, and electronics Close and lock all windows and doors. Guest access Gate code will be provided a day before arrival Other things to note Pool area reminders: No alcohol No glass No food No BBQs Respect the pool area Please keep pool gate closed Minors must be accompanied by an adult Please take home any trash, toys, towels that you bring to the pool
