The apartment is located in a renovated tenement house near the city center and the train station. In one of the few Wrocław streets where the entire pre-World War II building has survived. Due to its unique character, the street often served filmmakers as a set for films depicting cities before World War II. Even before the restoration of some of the tenement houses, it was called "ul. Spielberg Street" because they shot the Bridge of Spies on it.
