Located in a private beach community, you and your guests will have access to a private beach only a four-minute walk from your front door. This updated home provides an open floor plan and a comfortable place for all. Central AC throughout the home. Fenced-in backyard includes a patio, grill, fire pit, table and chairs for gathering outside, plus an outdoor shower. One bedroom and full bath on the first floor. No pets. The space The first floor is an open concept floor plan with two seating areas, a dining table area adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen has a center island with two stools. There is a back slider to the back yard. The first floor full bathroom provides access to the main living area, a side door to the outside shower, and attached to the first floor master bedroom, which has a queen bed. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one full bath with a shower/bathtub unit. The laundry is also in the upstairs bathroom. The front bedroom has a private sink and dedicated workspace with views of Niantic Bay. An additional bedroom has two twin beds and the other bedroom has a full bed. All the bedrooms have closets with extra bedding and blankets. There are dressers in each bedroom. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire home. Other things to note This is a quiet beach community that is part of a beach association. Please respect how close the homes are. At night time we recommend coming inside after 10pm. We typically only accept bookings from guests with at least one positive Airbnb review. Renters must be 28 years or older. For security, we have a camera set up outside the front door. We have a no smoking policy.
