Cozy semi-detached cottage, peaceful - no shared walls with neighbors. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by forest. There is one ski pass for you to use for the ski lifts and ski bus Outdoor trails, ski trails and Levi's northeastern slopes are within a max. 1 km walking distance. 4 km to the center of Levi. Sleeping places for max 6 people; 4 single beds and a 140 cm wide sofa bed that can sleep 2. Cleaning fee is 115 € with the cleaning service. If you would like to clean, the refund is 65 €. The space The cottage has 60 square meters. It is a semi-detached house with outdoor storage between the two apartments, so the apartment has no neighbors. There is a card available for the ski lifts and the ski bus for one person. The ski bus is available from November to early May, schedule is available at Levi homepages, search for ”Levi ski bus”. There are also plastic sleds in the storage to use for sledding. Ground floor has an entrance hall, bedroom, bathroom (renovated in 2023), sauna, toilet, utility room and open plan kitchen living room. Upstairs there is another bedroom and toilet, as well as a small living room. On top of the stairs there is a gate for child safety. There are beds for four people (each bed is 80 cm wide), and in addition, there is a 140 cm wide sofa on the upper floor that can be opened, which can sleep two people. The utility room has a drying cabinet and a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. There is a smart TV in the living room with cable channels, you can also sign in with your own Netflix account. Skis and snowboards can be serviced on table level in the outdoor storage. The car heater can be plugged into an outlet in the wall of the house. Max 2 hours at a time to save electricity. Do not charge an electric car at the house please. Guest access The whole cottage is at your use Other things to note The cleaning fee of € 115 includes a cleaning service after your stay. If you would like to clean yourselves, I will refund you 65 € after the reservation. The rest of the fee (50 €) is what the service charges for the final inspection of the cottage before the next guests arrive. Sheets and towels can be rented for €20 per package, which includes sheets, a small towel and a large towel for one person. Payment for additional services is handled after booking. The plowing service uses a tractor to remove the snow from the yard after snowfalls, as long as there are no cars on the way. The storage has a snow plow and a snow shovel for you to use. Dogs are to not use the yard for a toilet, if there are accidents, please pick it up to garbage. Also please note, that dogs are not welcome to neighbors side of the yard.
