The building features a swimming pool, gym, and landscaped rooftop. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an open-plan living space with lounge, kitchen, and dining area. Excellent connections throughout the city, ideal as a temporary base. The space Bright, exterior 50 m² apartment designed for temporary stays. It features one double bedroom and one single bedroom with a dedicated workspace, a full bathroom, and an open-plan area combining living room, dining area, and kitchen. The apartment offers direct access from the elevator, providing added convenience and functionality during the stay. Located in Poblenou, one of Barcelona’s most dynamic and creative neighborhoods, the apartment combines contemporary architecture with high-quality features, reflecting the identity of the 22@ district and its innovative urban environment. The space has been designed with a focus on comfort and functionality and is equipped with modern furniture and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet connection, air conditioning and heating, dishwasher, and washer-dryer, among other features. Guest access The apartment is rented as a private unit and fully equipped. Guests have access to the shared amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, and landscaped rooftop. The rental price does NOT include: UTILITIES (water, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi). These services have a fixed cost of €200 per month, payable separately at check-in. If the actual consumption during the stay exceeds this amount, the difference will be charged to the guest upon presentation of the corresponding utility bills. FINAL CLEANING: This service is mandatory and has a fixed cost of €200, payable at check-in. CLEANING DURING THE STAY: Regular cleaning, linen changes, and laundry services are not included. Optional services are available upon request: – Weekly cleaning service: €55 per week – Weekly cleaning + linen and towel laundry service: €90 per week LATE CHECK-IN: For check-ins after 8:00 PM, as well as on weekends and public holidays, a late check-in fee of €45 applies. This fee must also be paid at check-in. Other things to note This apartment is available for stays of 31 nights or longer only. Brand-new property intended exclusively for temporary rental (non-residential use), in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU). It does not constitute a primary or permanent residence, and registration at the address is not permitted. In accordance with current regulations, a security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent will be required, calculated on the basis of the annual rent and prorated according to the actual duration of the stay. This is not a tourist rental, and no hotel-style services are provided. --- There are currently some public and private construction works taking place in the surrounding area, unrelated to our building or community. These works are part of the ongoing transformation of the Poblenou neighborhood, which includes infrastructure improvements, new residential developments, and enhanced public spaces. Although they do not directly affect the apartment, some daytime noise may occur. As these works are not managed by our community, we do not have precise information regarding their completion schedule or the exact status they may be in at the time of your arrival.
