It features 8 bedrooms all with TVs (6 en-suite) and a family bathroom for the other two rooms. Five of these rooms have 180 degree sea views, and three lead to a large balcony. A lovely area of private beach ensures total privacy. There are multiple living areas including a cinema room with 65" TV and leather seats, a games room with snooker table, sofas, a large TV and board games. A separate study means you can work in peace and close the door, also an enormous kitchen/dining room with sofas at one end - there is ample space for a large groups. There is new Cat 6 installed throughout with excellent WIFI. We supply all luxury towels and bed linens, including beach towels, dressing gowns and slippers for each guest plus The White Company toiletries. The dining area inside the house has a table for 16, a large kitchen with 3 ovens, microwave and 2 dishwashers, as well as a large sofa seating area at one end for luxury open planned living - all overlooking the garden to the sea. Outside the garden leads directly to the beach (no road to cross) and features both fabulous inside and outside dining areas. The garden room with large bifold doors has a table for 16, ceiling fans and an ice machine. This lovely room brings the outside in during warmer days and is a cosy winter entertainment area for the cooler ones. The outside dining area under the pergola also has a table for 16, an outside drinks fridge, BBQ and 2 pizza ovens. A fully lit area this also has a patio heater. The sheltered fire pit area with surrounding seating (and a huge fire pit for toasting marshmallows) is next door to the pergola. We provide fire wood to get you started! There is a large hot tub, outside shower and separate changing room with kayak storage area and 8 life jackets. There are 5 Kayaks and 2 paddleboards for you to enjoy as well as many beach games, including cricket stumps and rounders. Cricket on the large stretch of sand at low tide, as well as crabbing off the rock islands is very popular. Due to the rock islands the bays they create are an ideal haven for swimming, and very safe for children. To the left of the house there is a garden WC, outside sink and cushion storage room. At the front of the house is a dedicated children's play area with ACON trampoline and swings, basketball net and swing ball on a barked base. Also ample parking for 8 cars in the private drive, entered via large gates. The house is also fully enclosed so that no dogs can escape! We can provide a fully catered service - or alternatively if you have a special occasion you want a one off meal catered for you have that option.
