Our beautiful three bedroom house provides a retreat for entertainers and families. Showcasing bright and spacious interiors and a sunlit entertainer’s courtyard, the property opens to a private deck which flows to a good size garden and pool area, making our house ideal for families. We have a sunny, level and enclosed lawn area giving access to a pool. Our undercover open deck flows from the living area into the garden, making a perfect place for an afternoon drink, while watching the children playing in the pool. Our house has three comfortable bedrooms. A master with a queen bed. A second and third bedroom with one single trundle bed each. All bedrooms have a celling fan and wardrobe. We have a lovely undercover courtyard connected to the kitchen and dinning area which makes a perfect space for family gatherings. Our living area is spacious and well lit with raked ceilings and skylight. This welcoming room has air conditioning and gas heating which makes it comfortable all year round. Our living room flows onto our undercover outdoor deck area and level gardens. The dinning area caters comfortably for six guests. Our kitchen is well equipped with breakfast bench, gas oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The bathroom is bright, has a double shower and a large bath. The towel rails are heated. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Off street parking. Other things to note Our house is only a short stroll to Freshwater village where you'll have a myriad of cafes and bars. Great options for a variety of dinning experiences including fine dinning at St Alma and Pilu, for those special nights. Harbord Diggers just a few blocks away, is also a great option for a family friendly meal, often offering live music and entertaining for young children. A bus stop to Manly is only a hundred metres from our house. A short journey will give you access to this famous and vibrant tourist area and the CBD of Sydney via the iconic Manly Ferry or express buses. Our centrally located house is in close proximity to the historic Quarantine Station at North Head, along with its walking tracks and scenic lookouts. Manly Dam provides wonderful picnic and bushwalking opportunities as is only ten minutes drive from our home.
