Vacation home in Chaucre, Saint-Georges-d’Oléron, just 400m from the beach. Perfect for a peaceful stay by the ocean. The space The house features an entrance with an open-plan kitchen and a bright living room that opens onto the outdoor area. A hallway leads to: • A first bedroom with direct access to the outside, a double bed (140x200), and a wardrobe. • A second bedroom, also with outdoor access, equipped with a bunk bed, an extra bed, and a wardrobe. • A bathroom with a shower, and separate toilets. • A utility/laundry room with its own outdoor access. The property includes one parking space in front of the gate. Depending on the size of the car, you may also be able to park along the side of the house. Outside, enjoy a shaded terrace with a retractable awning and a barbecue. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of your booking. Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM at the latest (unless otherwise agreed). The pool is shared with a few other houses in a very quiet condominium and is rarely crowded. It is fully fenced and secured with a child-proof gate. (It usually closes during the first week of September.) Bath towels are provided for your comfort, but please remember to bring your own bed sheets. (Descriptions and sizes are listed in the house manual available on the app.) No cleaning fee is charged. To help us maintain this policy, we kindly ask that you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. A vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning products are available on-site.
