On request, an extra bed and in the future another room is possible. The space There are two bedrooms. In BR 2 there is a double bed consisting of upholstered beds of 100 x 200 cm (together 200 x 200 cm) which can also be placed individually. In BR 1 there are also two upholstered beds of 90 x 200 cm (together 180 x 200 cm) which can also be provided individually. All upholstered beds have very comfortable toppers and high-quality synthetic bedding as well as fluffy flannel linen from JYSK. An extra bed for 6 sleeping places with an additional travel cot is possible on request. Another separate bedroom will soon be available, which will also have two beds. The living room is very spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people in a cozy atmosphere. A couch and a seating area as well as TV, Wi-Fi, books and board games are available. The bathroom is spacious, friendly, a bit retro and has a window for fresh air. It is equipped with a bathtub and shower as well as toilet and sink. A modern BOSCH water heater provides you with precisely preset warm water. It is set so that mixing with cold water is not necessary. The kitchen is bright and organized. It is equipped with everything you need and offers two people space to sit and eat at a small bar table. If you want to wash clothes, please let us know in advance, then you will have access to the laundry room on the ground floor. Guest access Through the entrance to the house, you can access the hallway of the venerable half-timbered house via a step. Straight ahead, go up a staircase to the upper floor and then around the staircase to the right to the apartment entrance. Other things to note The Nicolai Suite has been renovated for the first time after many years of fixed rental and converted into a vacation apartment. There will be some "upgrades" over time. For example, a fully automatic coffee machine, landscape pictures from the surrounding area and houseplants are planned. If you have any suggestions, we look forward to your suggestions and ideas. The hallway and the facade of the Forsthaus need to be renovated, which will be implemented in stages. However, our focus is initially on the apartments.
