PARTYING STRICTLY FORBIDDEN The space This modern penthouse boasts a luxurious en-suite room with a spacious and beautifully designed bathroom. The bedroom features sleek and contemporary furnishings, providing a comfortable and stylish retreat. Other things to note **Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning) **Last minute booking - check in at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already) **We are happy to provide airport pick up and drop off for an additional price. **No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy. **No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :) **No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. **No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. **Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times. **Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. **Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee. **Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care.
