Guest access The house is located in a private subdivision. It is accessed through an electric gate which operates by means of a control that will be lent to the guest for their free use. The subdivision has a private connection to the beach. Other things to note 🌴 An important detail: because it is just a few steps from the sea, it is normal to occasionally run into local fauna such as crabs or small lizards, but don't worry, they are totally harmless! 🏖️ Also, being so close to the beach and with the constant sea breeze, you may feel some sand in the air, even after a good cleaning.
