Its privileged location in the center of Marbella is only 700m from the beach. Fully equipped for a beautiful holiday, it is ready to welcome up to 6 guests. The house is distributed as follows: > Living-dining room: In the living area there is a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a single sofa, a modern coffee table and a large Smart TV. Next to this area, there is a removable wooden table with space for 6 people. > Kitchen: it is a spacious and bright kitchen with a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and sharing delicious meals with family or friends. It has complete crockery, kitchen utensils, a fridge, oven, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, and much more! > Bedrooms: the house has three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one of them with two single beds. They have ceiling fans, storage space, and windows with a beautiful view. > Bathrooms: There are two fully equipped bathrooms, both with toilet, sink, storage space, and standing shower. > Terrace: The house has a splendid terrace with an outdoor dining set with a wooden table and four chairs to enjoy delicious snacks watching the sunset or delicious dinners in the summer breeze. In addition, on the terrace we have our most relaxing place, our jacuzzi with hydromassage to relax with the bubbly. With its privileged location and all the comfort that this house offers, it is the ideal place to come to share with family or friends, as its layout invites you to explore the beautiful centre of Marbella, while touring the beautiful beaches and enjoy a beautiful time shared. Check-in is available from 5 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there are two options available for entry: You can pick up the keys at a specific location and then enter the unit alone. This option is free of charge. Otherwise, someone will be waiting for you on the floor. In this option, an additional fee of €40 is charged until 11 pm, and €60 until midnight. Outside these hours please contact us for availability and rate. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to ensure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a €25 surcharge. Other things to note *Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels. *Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs. *Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour. * Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
