The space This delightful cottage boasts two cozy bedrooms: one with a plush queen bed and dresser, and the other with two comfy twin beds and armoire. Need extra sleeping space? There's a convenient blow-up mattress for the living room floor and an iron and ironing board, located in the bedroom closet. Step outside to find a covered front porch sitting area, perfect for sipping your morning coffee. The spacious back deck is a true haven, featuring cushioned lounge chairs and a stylish L-shaped couch, ideal for relaxation. Enjoy the small fire pit in the backyard or challenge your friends to a game of croquet with a vintage set stored in the laundry room. For your convenience, the laundry room is located in the basement and stocked with detergent. Your perfect getaway awaits! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including the deck and porch. There is plenty of street parking available and access to a large, flat yard beside the house. A fire pit is available for use, but please bring your own wood. The basement includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs. Plates are stored under the counter beneath the silverware drawer. The baking sheets are between the fridge and oven and other baking dishes are in the circular corner cupboard. You’ll find an extra French press in the pantry along with coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. The microwave is plugged into the outlet in the pantry but the toaster and griddle will need to be used out of the pantry, for obvious reasons. The front door locks automatically when shut, so it’s a good idea to return the key to the lockbox before entering to avoid locking it inside the house.
