A generous granite counter offers a place for your groceries. This airy first floor layout continues with a bright small lounge area, light-filled dining room with desk, and a comfortable living space with TV. A modern and convenient walk-through full "shower only" bath bridges the living room and mudroom hallway. Two quiet air conditioners cool the entire downstairs. Upstairs reveals another updated "shower only" full bath, and two bedrooms-- one with a queen mattress, the other twin beds. Both have towels; and bed linens with extra pillows, blankets, and quiet air conditioners. Outside, enjoy a picturesque view by day with morning coffee/tea or stargaze at night from the back deck. The private backyard features a firepit, gas grill and lawn furniture. Just want to wander...outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the wildlife, hiking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and close access to a boat launching ramp at the nearby park or outlet. A wonderful place for making memories! Guest access You will have use of the driveway, and the entire house other than basement and attic. Please use only the backyard in front of the annex house building and barn. For your safety, do not go beyond the fence as the way back is under construction. Other things to note * As a reminder...
