From there, turn right into the cosy living room, a real highlight of the flat. You can also access the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and separate storage room from the hallway. You can start your day with a delicious coffee. Depending on your mood, the quiet south-facing balcony and the kitchen with dining area are at your disposal. A short wellness break under the rain shower will also lift your spirits, regardless of whether you are an early riser or a late riser. The flat's numerous amenities will make your days in this flat unforgettable. The bedroom has a king-size double bed with a high-quality mattress measuring 1.80 metres wide and 2.00 metres long. So you can sleep and dream like on clouds. There is also a small, cosy workstation in the bedroom, which you can use with WLAN and LAN via the multimedia cabling. Like the entire flat, the bedroom can be completely darkened using electric external roller shutters. This guarantees a restful night's sleep for you and your loved ones.
