Step into our inviting semi-industrial Shop space for a refreshing stay. Carefully repurposed to offer tranquility, it provides Wi-Fi, a dedicated fridge space, breakfast items for you to cook; and opportunities to connect with others. Enjoy entertainment with a provided TV and headphones, plus essential shower amenities and laundry facilities. Your belongings are secure in your locker. And you can enjoy ample space inside and out our Shop. The space You'll have your own semi-private area tucked behind curtains, just like our other guests. We've included a raised bed for convenient luggage storage underneath, a plastic hamper for dirty clothes, and a lockable locker for your valuables. Please feel free to bring your own food to prepare any particular meal, diet or snacks that you may like, you have full use of our kitchen and BBQ. There is white bread, bagels, jelly, coffee, fruit bars, oatmeal, cereal & milk for you to prepare a good breakfast before beginning your day. Guest access The entire shop is yours to enjoy, along with a few other guests. With 2 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with all the tools for your culinary needs, a dining area, and a cozy living room perfect for unwinding with a good book. During your stay My family and I don't live on the premises but we are always accessible if you need anything. Either my husband and/or myself will be in the Shop once a day to make sure that all the amenities are stocked for you and new guests. We are not more than a call or a text away! Other things to note Discounts offered on this listing are not stackable. Discounts only apply to reservations made and paid in full at the time of booking. For example: •A reservation made for 7+ nights will receive the weekly discount. •A reservation made for 28+ nights will receive the monthly discount. However, if you book for 7 nights and later extend your stay by adding more nights, the platform may attempt to automatically apply the monthly discount once you reach 28 nights in total. Please note that I do not accept this adjustment. Discounts are designed as an incentive for making longer reservations at the time of booking, not for incremental extensions. Reservation Changes • Any request to shorten a reservation must be made at least 5 days in advance. • When a reservation is booked under a Strict cancellation policy, shortening the reservation is not possible, regardless of notice.
