This modern minimalist retreat is perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking a peaceful escape close to the vibrant city life. With a 10-mins walk, you can reach the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario. Enjoy the charming neighborhood's cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and scenic parks. With easy access to the iconic 501 and 503 Streetcars, you can effortlessly explore downtown Toronto and its many attractions. The space The basement suite was recently renovated in 2023, featuring a modern design and an over 8 ft. high ceiling. The cozy space has a living room, a dining room, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a standing shower (no bathtub). The suite includes: - Wifi internet - Quartz countertop - Appliances include fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, espresso maker, electric kettle - Samsung Smart TV in the living room - 1 queen size bed - 1 sofa bed - 3 piece bathroom - Kitchen table and 2 dining stools - Bedroom linens and towels - 1 parking spot in front of the house (do not block the shared driveway) *** Please note: - The washer and dryer are in the shared area of the basement and are ONLY available for stays longer than 7 days - For bookings of 28 days or more, guests are expected to bring their own toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. - Guests do not have access to the backyard patio. Guest access The entrance to the Airbnb is on the side of the house. After entering the property, walk down the stairs to the door that leads to the basement suite. *Please DO NOT use the door at the front of the house to enter the suite. *The laundry area is NOT part of the suite.
