New modern detached house in Vennesla

Newly built detached house, modern style. Family friendly. The space 4 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Travel beds can be set up in addition to the rooms where there may be space. In addition to TV in the living room, we have a TV room downstairs. Here there is a large corner sofa perfect if someone wants to retreat a little to be alone. Large garden, with plenty of space for activities and fun. Large parking space on the outside of the house and access to electric car charger. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and has the forest as the closest neighbor. -30 min drive to the zoo. -25 min drive to Hamresanden (nice beach) -25 min drive to Kristiansand city center -4 min drive to Vennesla city center - 2 min drive to grocery store -3 min drive to Otra (river with good swimming and fishing conditions) -4 min drive to Setesdalsbanen/Tømmerenna -25-30 min drive to Sørlandssenteret -15-20 min drive to high and low climbing park. -20 min drive to golf course -15 min to Frisbee Golf course 1 cot is available, if more are needed, this must be brought by yourself. We have all the duvets, pillows and towels you need, but bed linen must be brought by yourself. This is our private home, so we expect our guests to treat it as their own. We live here with a kid and a dog, so you must therefore expect to find some dust in a corner, and general "signs of use". Guest access the whole main house we have a studio in the basement, which is rented out for long-term rent. but you notice very little of him.
