This space is designed for you to disconnect and relax: from the balcony you can hear the gentle breaking of the waves while enjoying a nap in the hammock or an outdoor meal in the outdoor dining room. The unit has all the comforts for a pleasant stay, with direct access to the pools and steps from the sand. Whether you come to rest, work with ocean views or enjoy surfing! The space New apartment with all the amenities you need: WiFi, CableTV, Air Conditioning and Fans, Water Heater, Stove and Kitchen Utensils, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer, Iron and Laundry Center. The apartment has (2) bedrooms: in the master bedroom you will find (1) queen size bed, in the secondary (2) twin beds, the living room has a spacious sofa bed and additional if you need it you will have availability of (1) folding bed. If you are a surf lover or interested in learning to surf, this is the place. You will find a surf academy within walking distance. Additionally, the complex has basketball courts, beach soccer, paddle tennis and skateboarding. Also other amenities such as restaurants, clothing store and beach accessories and a mini supermarket, all within walking distance of the apartment. Guest access Access to swimming pools and lounge chairs is allowed. Access for (1) car per stay is allowed, you just need to present your ID and license plate number at the security booth. Pets are allowed. If you play paddle tennis or basketball, you can also make use of the courts that are inside the perimeter of the complex. Other things to note I recommend that you bring everything you need for your stay, such as food and drinks. In the complex you will find (3) restaurants that you can walk to; you will also find a Supermarket where they sell basic things that you may need. It's important to bring your sunblock and mosquito repellent. Please note that sometimes due to the breeze the electrical fluid is affected, the complex maintains a power plant for common areas only. For stays longer than 15 days, an additional charge will be levied for consumption exceeding 250 kWh and for stays longer than 30 days for consumption exceeding 500 kWh/month
