Here are a few things we want to share about the room for you: - Elevator access - Cafe around - Fully stocked & equipped kitchen - Huge Netflix TV - Free washer and dryer (Public area) - 5 mins walk to Old Quarter - 10 mins walk to Night Market - Surrounded by Restaurants, International Banks & Café - SIM card The space - Our building is located near the train tracks, so there will be noise from passing trains and the STREET TRAFFIC. Occasionally, there will be loudspeakers in the early morning (this is part of Vietnamese culture and only at certain times of the year) and construction noise. We provide earplugs. However, we still advise you to consider this carefully before booking, especially if you have trouble sleeping or are sensitive to noise. - Access to the room is through the café on the ground floor. Guest access You can use the public washing machine, dryer, and water purifier on the sixth floor. Other things to note 1.
