Secluded 3 Bedroom Home in ATX

Secluded 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home near ABIA/COTA. Our home offers a quiet and peaceful stay in the city. Other things to note Please note there are 3 homes on this property as well as a warehouse. Three of the homes are rental homes (including this one). Each home has 2 designated parking spots. There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times. Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee. Property is located on a dirt road. Please be aware that if you are checking in at night, the road is dark and does not have the best lighting. Property does have a gate. Door code and gate code will be provided the morning of check in. The home is routinely serviced by pest control. However, this home is located in a rural area and occasional outdoor insects make an indoor appearance. If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.
