This unit features parking for 2 vehicles, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a front porch with seating. Additionally, guests have access to our terrace, deck and nature trail as well as a communal fire pit, perfect for gathering under the stars. 2 bed/2 Bath Forest View Blue Hollow has 5 units on 5 acres of the 16 acres property The space NO PETS ALLOWED Guest access All Blue Hollow guests have access to our terrace and observation deck as well as a stocked spring-fed lake, a nature trail, fire pits, fitness trail, numerous sitting areas, canoes and kayaks. Other things to note No smoking and no party policy strictly enforced. Violators will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee if smoking policy is violated. Guests who throw parties will be asked to leave. All Blue Hollow guests have access to our terrace and observation deck as well as a stocked spring-fed lake, a nature trail, fire pits, fitness trail, numerous sitting areas, canoes and kayaks. $25 kayak & canoe rental 3pm check in 11am check out Extended stay cleaning policy: for reservations longer than 7 days an additional cleaning fee of $25 per week will be applied. Housekeeping will clean every 7 days on a day that works with your schedule.
