Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200.000 after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 14:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 14:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. - Q: Could I have a villa host to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a villa host catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 110,000 IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your villa host know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking or you may also request for a breakfast prepared by professional Chef and cost at IDR 150.000 as for Dinner is at IDR 450.000 Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
