Rental exclusively under a mobility lease. In the heart of the Rocabey district, you will stay in a bright one-bedroom apartment with a terrace and a private parking space. It accommodates up to 3 guests. Located on the 4th floor of a new building, you will enjoy a panoramic view over the rooftops of St Malo! Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price, and the bed will be made upon your arrival. The space Check In Conciergerie offers mid-term rentals (from 1 to 10 months) for this 42m² apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a secure residence built in 2021. It consists of a living area that includes the lounge, open kitchen, and dining space. The spacious terrace offers a stunning view over the rooftops of Saint-Malo. The outdoor furniture, including a table and 4 chairs, makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, hob with extractor hood, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and more. All dishes and kitchen utensils are provided. Several coffee tables and additional lighting allow for different atmospheres. A dining table is also available. The HD TV is connected to Wi-Fi. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin set on a drawer unit with an illuminated mirror, and a toilet. A hairdryer and towel warmer are also provided. The bedroom features a double bed (140x190 cm). A sofa bed is available to accommodate a third person. Electric roller shutters ensure a deep and restful sleep. There is also a desk area in the bedroom for those who need to work. For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, towels, dishcloth, bathroom mat), as well as some consumables to get your stay started (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, shower gel, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid). Towels: one large and one small per person. A storage and laundry area is adjacent to the bedroom, equipped with a tumble dryer, washing machine, and several storage shelves. You will have access to a parking space on level -1 of the residence. This 42m² accommodation is the perfect starting point to explore the region. Guest access The apartment and all its amenities are entirely at your disposal. Check-in and check-out are carried out in the presence of one of our agents (move-in and move-out inventory / condition report). Other things to note Available for rent from 1 to 10 months only under a mobility lease. Our concierge service offers several optional extras during your stay: - Bed linen provided - Bath towels provided - Professional cleaning during the stay Additional administration fees will be charged after booking confirmation and before the start of the stay. The apartment has wheelchair access and is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A professional cleaning service is included in each reservation. However, we kindly ask you to leave the dishes clean and put away, and to gather used towels and bed linen in the bathroom. Please do not remove mattress protectors or pillow protectors.
