Cozy Studio in Causeway Bay - Unit 38

Location: In Causeway Bay, on Great George Road, close to Causeway bay MTR exit E , just 1 min walk to SOGO shopping mall and a few min walk to Hysan Place and Fashion Walk with plenty of restaurants and places to shop About the studio: it is a 100 Sq ft net unit, with elevator, doorman and access code to enter the building and the flat. The space About the studio unit: features a double sized bed ( 4ft by 6ft), comfy mattress, built in wardrobe, desk and chair and a smart tv with Netflix. The bedroom comes with bedsheets , quilt , quilt cover, pillow and fresh towels so you don’t have to buy them. The bathroom has a separate toilet from the shower. This is an individual studio unit with a private toilet and shower. There is also mini kitchenette for light cooking with basic cooking utensils and hot plate and kettle for preparing tea. We provide plates , cutlery for your comfy stay! Other things to note Extension of stay past check out time ( 11 am ) , is subject to availability and needs to be agreed upon in advance If past 2 pm a full day will be charged ! Please note there are 9 stairs to walk up until reaching the elevator ! For stays longer than 2 months we require a 1 month security deposit to be settled via resolution centre in the app We will use the security deposit to offset electricity bills and if you terminate the agreement earlier. In case of early termination , you will lose the security deposit as penalty and any additional penalty imposed by Airbnb under Airbnb terms and conditions. Security deposit will be returned to you after you check out minus electricity bills for the flat. Electricity gets divided equally by number of occupied studio units in the flat every month!
