The space On our website we provide a 3D tour of the property but in summary; on the ground floor the kitchen and dining area opens up via bi-fold doors onto the deck and garden area. There is a ground floor toilet with shower, lounge with Smart-TV leading to a study/play room. The four bedrooms and family bathroom are all on the first floor. The Captain's Suite (Super-king bed) faces the Estuary with fabulous views, its own ensuite and dressing area. The Cwtch (Double) also faces the river and between these rooms is a fabulous family bathroom with walk-in rainshower and roll-top bath complete with a port-hole window over-looking the water. Children will love 'The Poppit' room with designer bunkbeds and finally the spacious Teifi bedroom which has a King-size bed. All the rooms are decorated with local art work and all of the rooms have superfast broad-band. Outside there is a contained garden, garage, parking for two cars, outdoor kitchen (pizza oven, BBQ and dining table), summer house and deck overlooking the Teifi Estuary. Guest access Guests are hiring the whole house and garden. Other things to note The deck is a perfect place to go crab fishing! Nets and buckets are left in the garage for guests to enjoy.
