Naturally experience St Lucia as a resident The space The grounds are large, with mature fruit trees and plenty of space to get in touch with nature. On the edge of town with a cool breeze blowing through, this property will allow you to enjoy town without the noises and mosquitoes which dominate the enclosed town. Our property is much cooler than those in the tightly compacted town. Note some people find the Caribbean hot and for this reason we offer an air conditioning upgrade for an additional environmental cost of $7usd per night. Guest access The house has several apartments, each with independent living, sleeping, and bathroom areas. access to the half acre site and the mature fruit trees will enable you to pick your own fruit, coconuts, mangos, oranges, advocados, grapefruit, carambola (star fruit), pineapple, bananas, to name a few. There are private access gates to the property and all of the grounds are enclosed and secured. CCTV is installed around the outside of the property for your added security. Other things to note The house is supplied with solar hot water which takes a few seconds to travel down from the roof (Caution.. it can get very hot). To maintain site security it is important not to invite locals onto the site.
