Old renovated farm in the countryside

Close to Vercors, this old farmhouse welcomes you for a peaceful stay in the heart of nature, without neighbors. On a large wooded plot, bordered by a stream, this warm house will allow you to enjoy the birdsong, splendid sunsets to reconnect with nature, while being close to tourist activities (hiking, swimming and canoeing in the Drôme, golf, equestrian centers, historic center of Valence...) The space The house is composed of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen, living room, dining room, small children's playroom, toilet and laundry room. The first floor consists of a bathroom with shower/toilet and 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and a cabin bed for children, one bedroom with a single folding bed. On the second floor, under the roofs, is a large bedroom with a double futon bed. Books and games available for children. The house is surrounded by a large wooded garden of 2500 m2. You can enjoy the shade of the tall trees (chestnut, linden, cherry...) and the small swimming pool in summer. This old farmhouse built in rammed earth keeps cool, very pleasant in case of hot weather. In winter, you can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove. 2 small hens Titoeuf and Tibec live behind the house. Don't forget to give them something to eat and drink! The house is less than 3 km from the center of the village and its shops (Petit Primeur, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket...). 20 minutes from Valence and its Provençal market. 30 minutes from the Valrhona Chocolate City. 30 minutes from Vercors for nice walks. 45 minutes from the Saou Forest. Enjoy the pleasures of the table by tasting the products of the region: delicious fruits in summer (melon, peach, apricots...), chestnuts in autumn, pogne (brioche with orange blossom), Suisse (shortbread), ravioli and the great wines of the Rhone Valley.
