This property is not shared with any other buildings, leading to total privacy. The cabin is also close to the town beach on Island Pond. Brighton State Park is a short walk from the cabin. You will be directly on the water with access to a pedal boat. Life preservers of various sizes are available at the cabin. Please feel free to bring your own kayaks/canoe. Guest access You will have access to the entire main cabin. The basement is locked and used for personal storage. Other things to note While the cabin is a one level building, there is a series of stairs from the parking area to the front door. There is another set of stairs down to the water. Please note that due to the natural surroundings of our property, it is possible that bugs and insects will be present.
