Stay in a simple and cozy house, on a residential, quiet and wooded street, with easy access to the commercial area - bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants - and public transportation in front. Close to Lagoa da Pampulha, Lagoa do Nado Park and other green areas in the region. 10 minutes from Shopping Estação BH, the Green Line - access road to Confins International Airport - and Presidente Antônio Carlos and Cristiano Machado avenues - access roads to the central region. The space The room features a queen-size bed, a bunk bed, a clothes rack, curtains and a ceiling fan. The living room has a sofa bed that accommodates up to two people. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom, being used by guests and rarely by me. Face and bath towels, bedding, pillow and blanket will be available for each of the beds. Guest access Access is granted to all areas of the house, which has: a small garden, a garage that is also used as a balcony, an office, a combined living room and pantry, a kitchen and a laundry area. Kitchen utensils and appliances can be used during the stay, including games, books and other objects. During your stay I live in the house, but I spend most of my time away, at work or out and about. During the week I work in the area, so if you need me, I'll be around. Communication can be made through the app or my personal cell phone, which I will inform you of shortly after the booking is confirmed. Other things to note I love my pets! So, feel free to bring yours, as long as they can stay on the outside of the house, which is covered and clean.
