Double room in cozy house

Stay in a simple and welcoming house, in a residential, quiet and wooded street, with easy access to the commercial area - bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants - and public transportation in front. Next to Lagoa da Pampulha , Parque Lagoa do Nado and other green areas of the region. 10 minutes from Shopping Estação BH, Linha Verde - access route Confins International Airport - and Avenida Presidente Antônio Carlos and Cristiano Machado - access roads to the central region. The space The room features a half double bed, a bunk bed, a jar of clothes, curtains and a ceiling fan. The living room has a sofa bed that accommodates up to two people. The bathroom is located next to the room, being used by the guests and, rarely, by me. Face and bath towels, bedding, pillow and blanket are available for each of the beds. Guest access The access is cleared to all areas of the house that has: a small garden, a garage that is also used as a balcony, an office, a combined living room and canopy, kitchen and service area. Kitchen utensils and appliances can be used during the stay, including games, books and other objects. During your stay I live in the house, but I spend most of my time away, at work or walking. During the week work in the area, so if you need me, I made it close by. The communication may be made by the app or by my personal cell phone that I will inform you soon after the booking is confirmed. Other things to note I love my pets!
