There is a pond on the property (unsecured) that allows you to see a multitude of birds and other animals passing by. Fully equipped for groups, you will have three large dining areas: - an indoor dining room separate from the living room - a dedicated terrace with tables and benches - a sheltered area under the porch. The kitchen is equipped with - 2 ovens - a large capacity airfryer (air fryer) - XL hob - Two fridges/freezers - ice maker - Dishwasher - a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso - 2 12p raclette machines - 3 8p fondue machines - at your disposal, something to start: condiments, sponges, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. The house is equipped with WiFi (fiber) and a TV area with Netflix away from the view rooms. (balls provided) - a hard barbecue and a plancha fire pit (butts and charcoal not provided) - Chilean, seating, coffee tables, sunbeds and umbrellas - Mobile soccer goal, racket game, balls, ping pong table The night part of the main house is composed of 4 bedrooms including 2 with their own bathrooms and a comfortable air-conditioned dormitory, complemented by a large bathroom on the ground floor (bathtub and shower). An outbuilding (a few meters from the entrance of the house) allows a second sleeping space organized as a dormitory for 10 people with its large bathroom. Hotel-grade new bedding and bedding. Late checkouts in the late afternoon are allowed if the house is not rented afterwards. You will be greeted in person to show you around the house and get acquainted with the different amenities. Beds will be made upon your arrival but towels are not provided. A charcoal barbeque is available (charcoal not included) Outside music is tolerated without excess - the speaker provided is more than enough. The neighbors are far away, but in the event of any inconvenience related to excessive noise confirmed by the police, we reserve the right to evacuate the house without financial compensation. Unfortunately, the architecture of the buildings is not suitable for people with disabilities. We rely on guests to have great respect for this 1860s building, its amenities, rules, interlocutors during the stay and its beautiful surroundings. This is a rare place to preserve. Any violation of the rules of use of the house (noise, breakage, garbage management, damage, etc.) will result in an over-invoicing.
