The space Our Standard King Room brings a unique modern-western aesthetic to Hotel Palomino's boutique property in downtown Ridgway — aspen wood accent walls, western artwork, and thoughtful details drawn from the region's ranching history. Each room comes with a mini fridge and freezer, coffee and tea making, two complimentary water bottles, clothing hooks, black-out shades, and bedside lanterns. Upon filling out the guest registration, you'll receive a unique 4-digit door code by text/email before arrival; the code activates at 3:00 PM MST for check-in and deactivates at 11:00 AM for check-out. Complimentary, unassigned parking is available on-site (truck/trailer parking runs along Hunters Parkway; ADA parking is in slot 4 or next to the ice + provisions room). Other things to note Quiet hours are 9:30 PM–7:30 AM and apply to all rooms and shared spaces, including the fire pit. Housekeeping is offered every third and fifth day (we text the evening before to confirm); daily service is available on request for a $25/night fee. An ice and water-bottle filling station is in the provisions room, and extras like towels, blankets, earplugs, a white-noise machine, and board games are available on request.
