Spend your time away in this 1934 cottage in beautiful Eagles Mere. The "Time Forgot" cottage has so much history and charm. This cottage features 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large and updated eat in kitchen, and 2 covered porches. The kids will LOVE the large yard and playhouse. The cottage is centrally located in town. It is about a five-minute walk to the lake, the park, the Sweet Shop, Museum, Eagles Mere Inn and Country Store. You can’t get any more convenient! The space The home is roughly 2800 square feet. The first floor consists of three bedrooms, all of which have queen beds. Two of the bedrooms share a 'jack and jill' bathroom. The third bedroom has its own en suite. There is a large family/living room with lots of seating. The tv is connected to Netflix. The family/living room connects to the dining room which seats up to 8. The kitchen is updated and spacious with seating for 4. There is an electric grill on the side patio for your use. The second floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom consists of twin bunk beds, with a bathroom across the hall. The second room has two queen beds with its own en suite. There is a separate small seating area upstairs. The TV has a ROKO for your use. All the bedrooms have closets available. Guest access We will provide you an access code to the front door prior to your arrival. Other things to note We have a lake membership which allows our guests access to the lake. Eagles Mere is a private lake and only available to homes within Eagles Mere who pay for membership. Guests will have to register with the EMMA prior to their arrival at emalake,org under temporary membership. The fee is based on number of guests and days. We also have membership at the Eagles Mere Country Club that we extend to our guests. Guests are able to have dinner, golf or use the tennis courts. Reservations are required for dinner and any activity (Country Club meals and activities are NOT included in rent, these are paid by the renter).
