Freshly renovated, this property offers 120 m² on two levels, with a large terrace and peaceful garden. It's the perfect getaway to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The space The Heol house can accommodate up to 12 people and has : - 5 large bedrooms - A large living room with a wood-burning stove opening onto the outdoors - Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room - 1 television area with a sofa that can be converted into a very spacious bed - 1 bathroom with shower on the ground floor + 1 bathroom with bath and WC upstairs. - Private outdoor area with garden furniture, dining table, barbecue and parasol - 2 toilets - Private parking for several cars ---- Living room with open-plan kitchen: - Comfortable sofa - Large dining table Facilities: - Barbecue - Wood-burning stove - Oven - Dishwasher - Hot plate - Coffee maker - Fridge - Freezer - Microwave oven - Kettle - Crockery and kitchen utensils ---- Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements : You will find 6 sleeping arrangements, divided into: - 4 master bedrooms with a Queen-size double bed and a wardrobe in each one - one bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into a single bed - The sofa in the relaxation area can be converted into a bed: Large Format ---- On the ground floor, there is a single bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower. A second bathroom is located upstairs with a bath and single washbasin. It is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. ---- Bed linen is provided. One towel per person is provided. Cleaning is, of course, included in the rental price. ----- The grounds: There is an enclosed outdoor area with dining table, barbecue and seating area. Guest access You have access to the entire property + the outside area. The accommodation can accommodate several cars (free private parking space). Other things to note To encourage responsible energy use, we have introduced an electricity consumption monitoring system. This measures the electricity consumed during your stay. We accept 20kWh per day. If this is exceeded, we will ask you to pay the additional cost of 0.2516 €/ KWh exceeded via the platform.
