The renovation preserved the original structure of the building, maintaining its rich historical charm. Situated near the Igreja de Santo Estevão, with the Tagus River in the distance, you’ll be in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Europe: Alfama. The apartment features two double bedrooms with orthopedic mattresses, a full bathroom, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. With windows facing both south and north, the apartment enjoys plenty of natural light. Additionally, the living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, and please note that there is no lift available. Guest access Check-in your way: seamlessly in person or effortlessly on your own. Other things to note We are a dedicated family business managing over 80 apartments in the Lisbon district, with our own industrial laundry service and a professionally trained cleaning team. Every linen and towel is meticulously deep-cleaned after each stay, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and comfort. For your convenience, we also offer airport transfers to and from your accommodation (charged service), making your arrival and departure seamless. For hygienic reasons, we will set up the sofa bed only after a previous request. We will neither leave any bed linens for the sofa bed in the apartment. All our equipment and bed linens go through an exclusive disinfection process and are delivered safely and cleanly. We also remind our guests that throughout the entire month of June, Lisbon’s popular festivities take place, meaning there will be more noise than usual, especially at night. NOTICE: From March 24, 2025, construction work will take place on the building next to ours, between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
