The apartment, completely renovated in 2024, and tastefully furnished in a Mediterranean style, is on the second floor. The entrance opens onto the open-plan living area: sofa and TV area on the right, kitchen/living room on the left. There are two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a practical bunk bed. The property is completed by a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, shower stall and fan. There is also a habitable terrace overlooking the greenery and granite rocks, a perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning and to sip a sparkling Vermentino in the cool evening. In our house you will find all the comforts to make your stay even more pleasant: unlimited Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, electric broom, induction hob, pots, coffee machine with Illy capsules, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, air conditioning in the living area, ceiling fan in the double bedroom, mosquito nets, TV, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. You will not be charged any additional fees for security deposits or extra charges. Final cleaning, bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are all included in the price. There is a convenient private parking lot covered by a canopy, equipped with an electric bar at the entrance, the code for which will be provided the day before check-in. Parking spaces are not assigned, but each apartment has a space, so you have to park where you find a free space. In the residence there is also a tennis court, a soccer field and a small children's playground. The ecological area, for which you will be provided with the key, is also very convenient, where you can dispose of waste according to the separate collection. The residence does not include catering services, shops or supermarkets. The nearest market is 2.3 km away (Despar - Località Rudalza - Via Santi Antonio e Isidoro, 07026 Porto Rotondo SS). Stella di Mare Seaside Home welcomes small dogs upon request and with a surcharge of €20 in total for the entire vacation. The apartment is located a short distance from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The renowned Ira beach is only 3.4 km away, and can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes by walking through the residence next door. Su Nuragheddu Beach is only 3.9 km away. The center of Porto Rotondo can be reached in just 3.8 km. If you arrive by sea, the port of Olbia is only 14 km away, while Olbia/Costa Smeralda airport is only 17 km away.
