Welcome to Poppy’s Place. A dog friendly holiday home located in the beautiful coastal village of Heacham. Just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches and nearby the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton. Central location in Heacham to local shops, bakeries & circular walks it is the perfect location for small families & couples to enjoy some quality time in Norfolk for all things coastal & country. Private drive way for up to 2 vehicles - secure rear garden. The space Located near the Norfolk coast Beautifully decorated throughout, Poppy’s Place sleeps 4 with making it perfect for small family stays and couples that enjoy exploring all things Norfolk. With the beach just a short walk away, pubs, cafes and restaurants and plenty of coastal walks along the promenade. The RSPB nature reserve in Snettisham is very popular place to visit for birdwatchers and families that enjoy wildlife and nature. ~ THE SPACE ~ Poppy’s Place is not just holiday accommodation, it's a home away from home ensuring you feel comfortable as soon as you check in. Should you need assistance, i will be more than happy to help. I am discreet and very respectful of your privacy. My only ask is that you treat Poppy’s place with the care and consideration that you would your own home. ~ LOUNGE ~ The perfect place to relax. There is ample, comfortable seating, reclining sofa and plentiful selection of board games, books and magazines. Make yourself at home. ~ KITCHEN ~ Definitely the heart of the home. The kitchen is a fabulous space and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including plenty of crockery, utensils, cupboard space, electric hob, oven, Air Fryer, large integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. ~ CONSERVATORY DINING ~ Accessed via the kitchen and bringing the outdoors in. The dining table is large enough to comfortably seat 4. High chair is available, please ask when making your booking. ~ BEDROOMS ~ There are 2 bedrooms in total; each beautifully decorated and made up with crisp, fresh linen and towels. Hanging space and plenty of storage for longer stays at Poppy’s Place. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Smart TV and dressing table. Bedroom 2 is also spacious and has 2 single size beds and a double drawer unit. ~ BATHROOM ~ Located upstairs is a large shower area with complimentary toiletries, fresh towels toilet and bathroom vanity / sink unit. ~ OUTSIDE ~ There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy a BBQ, space to relax, picnic, play games or just catch some rays! And if you fancy dining al fresco we have a beautiful outside dining table with seating for 4. Artificial grass, perfect for playing boules, and playing games with the family. Secure high fencing and locked side gate ensuring your children & pets are secure when outside. ~ Guest access ~ Off Road parking is available at Poppy’s Place for up to 2 cars. If parking on the roadside, please be mindful of our neighbours driveways and keep pathways clear for pedestrians. Other things to note ~ GUESTS ~ Poppy’s Place sleeps up to 4, however should you wish to invite guests during the day, they are more than welcome. If you could just notify me ahead of time, it would be very much appreciated. Additional overnight guests not included in the booking are not permitted. ~ CLEANING ~ As the owner of the home and manager of your booking I am also the cleaner alongside a small professional team during peak season. I will ensure the property is clean, tidy and well-presented, ready for your arrival - however if you could endeavour to keep it tidy during your stay, that would be greatly appreciated. ~ FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS ~ Well-behaved dogs are always welcome and incur an additional fee per dog. There is a dog bed, towels, blankets, feeding bowls and special treats for their stay. Please let us know at the time of making your reservation if you are bringing your pet. Please be prompt to clean up any dog mess in the garden area and ensure this is supposed of appropriately before the morning of checking out. ~ DAMAGE - BREAKAGES ~ I get it, accidents can happen, and many items can be replaced - however Please notify me immediately of any damage in and around the property so these can be replaced promptly. Please be aware that any damages or breakages inside or outside the property not reported will be the sole responsibility of the person who made the booking and as such will be invoiced accordingly. ~ SMOKING ~ There is strictly no smoking inside the property , however please feel free to smoke outside. There are sand buckets to dispose of cigarette ends safely. ….AND FINALLY Please refrain from bringing any hazardous or dangerous items, or any illegal substance, onto the property.
