Bella is a studio on the 4th floor in Nesebar, reached by stairs only - there is no elevator. Enjoy a furnished terrace, custom-made furniture, a kitchenette, TV, air conditioning and a small private bathroom with the toilet in the same room. A fold-down wall bed offers an alternative to sharing the double bed. Bath and hand towels, bed linen, blankets and an iron are provided. The space Bella is an open-plan studio with a sleeping area, seating area and kitchenette. Some parts of the room have sloping ceilings. Sleeping: a double bed and a fold-down wall bed. The wall bed is an alternative for guests who prefer not to share the double bed; it does not automatically increase the booked occupancy. The kitchenette has a fridge-freezer, electric hob, electric kettle, air fryer, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, cups, drinking glasses, plates, cutlery, cookware and wine glasses. We provide 2 complimentary coffee capsules per stay. Guests who would like more should purchase their own compatible Dolce Gusto capsules. There is also a washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The furnished terrace has a table and seating. The private bathroom is small, with the shower and toilet in the same room. It has hot water and a hair dryer. Bath towels, hand towels, bed sheets, blankets and an iron are provided. Guest access Guests have private use of the studio, bathroom and terrace. The studio is on the 4th floor. Access is by stairs only; there is no elevator. Please take this into account when planning for luggage, a stroller or mobility needs. Other things to note The studio has not been childproofed, and infant equipment is not provided. Furniture has sharp edges, and movable items can be knocked or pulled over. Please consider these features when deciding whether the space meets your group’s needs. The wall bed folds down from the wall and has a moving mechanism. Please ask us for instructions before operating it and keep the area clear while opening or closing it. To prevent lingering cooking smells, cooking fish or seafood is not allowed.
