One bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a toddler bed. 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with twin trundle underneath and a portable crib if needed. Bathroom is located upstairs on top floor. The bathroom has a heated seat bidet toilet; a built it speaker that can play music while relaxing in the jet stream bathtub with multicolor light options. There are available upon request bamboo toothbrushes and some toiletries. There is no bathroom on the main floor. On the main floor is the living room which has a fireplace that real wood can be burned in, but also can be run as gas. Wood not provided. Living room has very comfortable reclining sofas which include a 3 seater sofa that 2 people could sleep on comfortable when reclined, a 2 seater love seat that also reclines, and a single rocker/recliner one person can also sleep on. Large dining room with 6 chairs but has leaves that can fit 8-10 people depending on chairs. Dining room also has a buffet that can be used to place food for gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked. Complimentary oatmeal and coffee. Salt and pepper provided. Also, there are sticks to make marshmallow smores if desired in the back yard or the family room fire place. Past the kitchen is an additional family room which has a twin with trundle daybed and is set up for kids to enjoy music instruments including congos, keyboard, a guitar, and a tv with an Xbox 360 game set with games to keep kids entertained. There is a dvd player/vhs player with movies for children as this is not a smart tv. It has a Roku that can play some movies: The TV in the living room is a smart tv preloaded with subscriptions paid by owner. Please use “guest” options. WiFi is available on the main floor but does not reach the upstairs bedrooms very well. Outside back yard has a tree swing/climbing rope; a gas grill for barbecues, outdoor table with chairs on deck and outdoor fire pit with extra chairs to sit around a fire. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and backyard excluding the basement where the owner resides and the garage. The front hall closet will be locked and the closet in the upstairs smallest bedroom is locked. There is a hall tree for guest to hang belongings. If guests stay more than 3 days and need laundry services, owner will provide free laundry services if needed/requested while owner is on premises.
