Guest at my place: private room for 1-2 people

Welcome to Lidköping and to renting a room in my basement. 10-15 walk to our nice city center. 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach. If you want to relax, sit for a while in the garden! The space You have access to a bed 140 cm wide, so suitable for 2 or 1 person. Space for office work at a small desk. Private toilet and shower during your stay. You are welcome to stay in the garden and other social areas in my house, such as the kitchen, conservatory and living room. You share the kitchen with me, but there is also a separate kettle, microwave and dishes for 2 people in the laundry room in the basement. Also possibility to do laundry. Guest access Private bedroom, private toilet and shared laundry room, social areas in the house and garden. During your stay I am easily reached by cell phone or am at home. Other things to note I also live in the house when you stay with me.
