A secluded one-bedroom garden flat in a central Gravesend property. Close to the train station, it's ideally located for guests looking for a homely stay with easy access to London (22 mins high speed into London), Dartford a 15 min drive or the Bluewater shopping centre nearby. Free parking is available. The flat is full of character, comfortable sofas, a huge TV, and original artwork, the self-contained apartment has all the kitchen mod cons in the kitchen and has its own front door and patio. The space Enter through your front door into an immaculate hall way with colourful artwork and a welcome pack. The first door opens into a freshly painted and carpeted sitting room. There are two comfy sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV and French doors opening up to the front garden. The next door off the hall leads into a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, and dishwasher. Set up for two places, the table can easily extend to four people comfortably. The kitchen is well-laid out with a double oven, a full set of pans and all the cooking equipment needed to rustle up dinner or lunch. The kitchen has French doors leading into a private courtyard with outdoor seating and a table. There is coffee, tea, sugar and milk available. The bedroom is cosy, private and tucked away - made for sleeping in like a cocoon with a comfortable queen double bed. The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, nightlight and clock radio. With crisp new bamboo sheets and duvet cover, you'll have a cool night's sleep. The bathroom has a walk-in wet room, a small sink, heated towel rail and under floor heating. There's soap, shampoo, conditioner, body cream and even a spare toothbrush if you've forgotten to pack yours. We've also made included a first aid pack and medical essentials, handy just in case you should need them. Over the years when we've stayed at Airbnb's we've always appreciated the little extras such as coffee, milk, tea, home made jam, or little bathroom treats. Which is why we've included them into our Airbnb. And yes the jam is homemade from locally sourced damsons and plums. Just let us know when booking if you're a brown or white bread person and we'll make sure the kitchen is stocked up. Guest access Guests can use the entire flat - the front garden, back courtyard and the main garden. There is a gin deck at the top of the main garden with outstanding views onto the largest Sikh temple in Europe, and across the River Thames and into Essex.
