Beautiful little house located in Melbu on the island Hadseløya in Vesterålen. Right on the doorstep to Lofoten. Exelent location for people looking to explore Lofoten and Vesterålen. House is 140 m2, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 single bed can set up in the office if needed. Big porch with fireplace and furniture. Large lawn for kids to run on. Close to grocery shop and only 13 min drive to the nearest neighbor town Stokmarknes. 5 minute walk to get to great hikes on the island. The space House is on three floors. Keyless access to house. Basement: Utility room and washing machine. One room is closed to tenants. Main floor: Hallway leading to a simple bathroom. From there to the living room. Big couch and a recliner. Fireplace on wall. Dinner table for 6 + people. Open kitchen solution with stove, oven and microwave. Pots and pans and everything you need to make dinner Upstairs: Bathroom on the left. Bedroom 1 on the right. Further in is the study and bedroom 2. This is the main bedroom. Guest access House has keyless access. Code will be provided. Backdoor must be locked when leaving the location. Guests have access the first floor, second floor and washroom in the basement. This means that in the basement access is limited to the designated area for washing clothes. Guest does not have permission to use other rooms, workbench, stored items or any other equipment stored in the basement. The exception is the washing machine, drying rack and iron.
