The space The "Coral" experience in Limni, Evia Korali is a bright, two-level maisonette, built to offer comfort, tranquility and relaxation – just a few steps from the sea in the center of the beautiful beach of Limni. First floor – The central space Here you will find a warm and well-kept living room with a corner sofa, fireplace, TV and Wi-Fi, ideal for quiet evenings or moments of relaxation. In the same area there is a dining room for beautiful meals with friends. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities: induction hobs, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, as well as household utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk await you to start your day. Additional amenities: clothes rack, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Upper level – The roof Going up the iron staircase, you will find yourself in an even more private space, ideal for relaxation. Here there are two single beds that can be joined and converted into a king size, as well as a second bathroom with a shower cabin. The highlight? A surprise balcony, ideal for isolation, relaxation and enjoying the unobstructed view of the sea and the beach of Limnos. Korali also has a traditional balcony in the living room and a cool, shady back balcony, ideal for the hottest hours of the day. Comfort all year round Heating and cooling are done through a heat pump, while hot water is provided by the solar water heater, for comfort all year round. Who is Coral ideal for? The house is suitable for couples, groups of friends or families with children over 10 years old, who want to stay in a welcoming and central location. Location Korali is located in one of the most privileged spots of Limni, with direct access to the sea, shops, taverns and everything you need – all within a 5-minute walk! Guest access All the spaces of the house are accessible, except a part of the closet in the floor room that will be closed off. Other things to note Welcome to your seaside retreat!
