Palermo Soho getaway. Pool, sauna and workspace

A Palermo Soho studio with a divided sleeping area, work station and courtyard-facing balcony. Wi-Fi and air conditioning make a useful city base, with shared laundry, a sauna and a seasonal outdoor pool in the building. The space A large divider separates the sleeping area from the living space. The sleeping area accommodates two, and the living-area couch can be used for a third guest; book for the correct party size and confirm the setup if needed. The work station has international outlets. A balcony opens from the sleeping and work area toward the courtyard and pool. The apartment also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a living-area television. Guest access You have private use of the apartment. Building facilities, including the laundry, sauna and outdoor pool, are shared with other residents and guests. The outdoor pool is seasonal; access to shared facilities follows building rules and any maintenance closures. Any use of the communal barbecue or event area must respect existing reservations. Building entry and exit both require the electronic key fob attached to your key. Scan the fob when leaving as well as when entering, and keep it with you. The apartment door does not lock automatically; lock it manually when you leave. The shared swimming pool is seasonal. Please contact us before booking to confirm whether it will be open during your stay. Opening dates are subject to building management and are not guaranteed. Other things to note Families are welcome. The outdoor pool is unheated and seasonal, so its availability depends on the time of year and building conditions. Shared washing and drying facilities are in the building basement and use paid fichas/tokens. Please contact the team for the current laundry instructions and how to obtain tokens.
