Our 5th floor apartment with elevator is ideal for families and is centrally located just 2 minutes from Place de la République with 5 separate metro lines to take you all over the city. You are within walking distance from the Marais and the Canal St. Martin. There's a supermarket across the street, several bakeries to choose from and a host of every style of restaurant you can imagine. The entire apartment is courtyard side so it's very quiet. The space The apartment is made up of a 400 sq ft (37m²) living room/dining room and kitchen that's perfect to unwind after a fun-filled day in the city. There's also a large bedroom (160 sq ft) with a double bed (bought new in 2023) and bathroom, an office/library/piano room (160 sq ft) and finally a child's bedroom with a twin bed up on a ladder and an easy chair that pulls out into a second bed. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. However, we keep 2 private storage areas to keep our belongings separate and give you plenty of room in the dressers and the entry closet.
