Featuring a terrace from the living room and an established garden off the kitchen, both excellent for outdoor dining. One double room featuring Kingsize bed, a terrace overlooking the gardens. Second double bedroom with twin beds. Relax, sunbathe and unwind on the private roof solarium or swim in on of the two communal pools, where there is a feeling of a tropical paradise. The space On entering the house, from a secluded private garden, walk through the fully equipped kitchen and on to the large lounge with access to the back terrace. The lounge has a large TV which can access channels from many countries as well as satellite stations. Super-fast Fibre Optic WiFi. There is a WC off the living room. On the first floor there is a shower room with bidet and wash-hand basin. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are supplied. Also provided are towels for the solarium deck as well as hand and bath towels. The private rooftop solarium is the perfect place to unwind. Featuring comfortable sunbeds and reclining chairs it is ideal for a morning coffee or evening stargazing in addition to just soaking up the rays during the day. There are beautiful views over the gardens towards the Mediterranean. Guest access From the garden it is less than a minutes walk to the large swimming pool and only a few seconds more to the smaller pool. The large pool is open from April to October with a professional lifeguard always present. There are sun loungers available in both pool areas. Enjoy a stroll through the lovely communal gardens, where there are benches for you to sit and enjoy the wild life. Carp, frogs and terrapins can be found in the pools along the stream 😊 Other things to note There is an additional 75 Euro cleaning fee to be paid on arrival please. We are less than an hour from Alicante International Airport by taxi or hire car. Murcia Airport is a 45 minute drive. We can help arrange airport pick ups if required. I am always happy to help.
