Easy to find yet very private 1 floor tiny home with a full bed, a pull out sofa-bed, a laundry unit, a 10'x10' dog cage, and plenty of parking & deck space for entertaining a few guests. Dog friendly. Alarm system can be used by guests. Close to Brevard and a 25 minute drive to Hendersonville or the Asheville airport. Just a mile to the forest and cnot far from Dupont The space right on Highway 64 yet set back from the road and very private dog friendly and bicyclist friendly I have a 12x24 shed that contains a bicycle maintenance rack and a parking rack along with a few tools that are commonly used on bicycles. there is a 10x10 dog cage outside but dogs are welcome inside provided they are house broken don't have fleas
